Hello hello! Thank you for checking in and showing interest in my work! Please look over this site to see some of my artwork examples aswell as pricing ^^. Please do message me on instagram and/or bluesky for more information/queries on certain things or if you have any questions!

Terms of Service!

-As of the moment I currently accept USD ($) and Php/Philippine peso.-DO NOT use my designs or art for NFT,AI, or anything that can be harmful/hurtful.-For commissions especially customs, they normally would take a week or 6 months to complete or even longer due to health issues or work. But rest assured I will update as much as I can and communicate if any progress has been made or if there's any issues/delays regarding the commission.
- I have the right to decline a commission if I find it too difficult or if I am uncomfortable working with you or on the commission.- All payments will be made through VGen,Gcash,GoTyme and Maribank. (For international you may use Remitly to send money to either Gcash or Gotyme).-Half of the payment must be received before I start and the other half must be paid before I send the final product. I can also accept payments after the commission is finished.-NO Refunds. After I receive the payment and/or have sent or started the sketch or finished art, payments will be non-refundable.-If you want any adjustments or changes do let me know! I can do it free of charge. (or if you are unsatisfied with the piece/custom and want me to redo it as a whole let me know aswell and I can remake it free of charge.)-Please do send references/moodboards or a simple and clear description of what you want in the commission to avoid miscommunication/misunderstandings. (I struggle a lot with strong vocabularies or unclear descriptions apologies.)-Please do let me know beforehand if I am allowed or not allowed to publish/share the commission.
-Additional pieces, characters, and/or backgrounds are free of charge.-No cancellations of payments/Ghosting. Please do communicate with me if there will be a lack of communication/delays with communication beforehand.-NO REFUNDS, or 100% of the payment cannot be refunded especially if there is already progress on the work. I hope you understand.-Additional characters, backgrounds and/or pieces are free of charge.-Yes you can use my work for either personal, commercial and monetized work! All i ask is to be credited for the work i've done and for my work to not be used in anything harmful or anything ai related.

Custom designs/Adopt designs TOS

-Do not trade, sell, or gift any of my designs or work to bigots, pedophiles, zoophiles, transphobes
homophobes, and racists. doing so will result in a blacklist.- Do not sell any of my adopts higher than the price originally bought for UNLESS said adopt has additional art.-Please do not train AI or use my art or adopts or designs as NFTs doing so will result in a block and a blacklist from me and AeroFruitas.-I do not allow any nsfw/fetish art of my pony designs, please respect this. Failing to do so will result in a blacklist from me.-You are allowed to trade,sell or even gift the designs I've made! just as long as they don't end up/go to anyone to my blacklist or anyone problematic.-Redesigning designs: I am okay with redesigns of the adopts I've made but please credit me for the initial creation.-Please do not hide/private or delete the designs I've made, instead authorize me for the designs I've made.
I like to keep track of my designs and who they end up to.- As for holds, I can do holds but no longer than two days- a week. Unless you're a mutual or someone who has bought an adopt from me previously I can not extend holds longer than that. If you do want me to hold a design longer than that, update me and communicate with me how long I should hold the adopt for. failing to do so will result in a blacklist. (I am very understanding and know sometimes life can get in the way but I appreciate it if you communicated with me instead of leaving me on read or ghosting me if I reach out/bumping regarding the hold.)-Please do not just buy a design from me only to sell them immediately especially for a higher price. I am aware of this and aware my designs can be complex/complicated
but seeing them get sold around like cards is really upsetting, I didnt put all my time and effort for this only to see them be treated like a collector's item. Only sell them at a higher price if said design has additional art.
I am aware I cannot stop or prevent this but still.Failing to do any of the following will result in a blacklist and you cannot trade or buy a design from me or on AeroFruitas again.-Do not offer or bid if youre not able to pay or don't have the funds for the adopts and strictly NO REFUNDS.BLACKLIST:
Konpeito (or any other accs they have, they have a lot)- ghosting, failing to update and send payment, harrassment.
whisperdream/spyxpony/asahirunon: failing to deliver art/payment, ghosting, failing to update and known to scam others.
d.scully__ - abuser/personal do not ask.

REGARDING AI USAGE

The usage of AI in any of my work is strictly prohibited, and will result in any and all of the licenses being revoked immediately. This includes personal licenses, commercial licenses, and monetized content licenses.The usage of AI refers to, but is not limited to:

-Altering my work/designs in any way shape or form using AI (this includes videos,touch ups,animations, and more.)
-Feeding my work/designs into AI.
-Training or using the AI to replicate my work/designs.
-Approving and/or applauding of someone else doing the following above.

Incase of the TOS being broken a takedown of the work/design will be issued and you will be blacklisted. If needed/necessary, a legal process can be started by the artist.
